Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A:Please return the item to the return address below with a note stating you would like an exchange or refund. Goods purchased can be returned in their original condition within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund, or within 20 days of receipt for an exchange.

Q:How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A:Orders are shipped within 4 to 10 business days and estimated to arrive 5-10 business days. Some items are printed to order, which can cause a longer shipping time.
Q: I need to make a change to my address, how do I do so?
